GDPR - Personal Data Protection Act - TSP

INTRODUCTION

TSP (Patrimoine Ferroviaire et Tourisme) uses lists containing information about individuals. TSP adheres to the law. The TSP respects the privacy of those from whom it receives information and treats it in the strictest confidence. In this privacy statement, we explain what personal data the TSP processes and for what purposes.

PERSONAL DATA

The TSP processes various types of personal data for different purposes. Here is an explanation of the personal details and purposes.

En Lignes" subscribers

For subscribers to "En Lignes", we have your first name, last name, address, place of residence and magazine mailing address. The TSP collects this data and forwards it to Graphius NV Commercial Printing, Eekhoutdriesstraat 67, 9041 Ghent for dispatch in Belgium, and to the volunteers responsible for dispatch abroad.

TSP volunteers

The TSP maintains an exhaustive list of its volunteers, containing the following data, which you entered on your registration form:

Surname, First name, Address, Sending address (if different from place of residence); Telephone, mobile phone, e-mail, Usual language; Date of birth, Place of birth; Nationality, Identity card number, National register number, Profession, Employer (if SNCB), Employee number (if SNCB), Blood group, Allergies, Driving licence, Train driver's licence, Vehicle registration number, Emergency contact, Registration date, Subscription number, Sector(s) in which the volunteer is active (Mod, FSR, CFB, EDI), Security; FSR badge;.

TSP News

You can subscribe to TSP by sending an e-mail to shop@pfttsp.be. The data the TSP holds about you is that which you have entered in your e-mail program account. From this data, only your e-mail address will be used to send you the association's monthly news and also to contact you in the event of a problem with the association (request, reply, delivery problem, etc.).

Providing your personal data to third parties

We do not share your personal data with companies, organizations and individuals outside the TSP, except with our magazine's printing house from where we send our bimonthly magazine to Belgian subscribers, and except in one of the following circumstances and to volunteers who would need this data to perform their task:

For legal reasons

We share personal data if we believe that disclosing the data is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal process or requests from government authorities.

Legal obligation

If we are required to do so by law, we may have to provide your personal data. For example, the police may ask us to do so as part of an investigation. Another example: a VAT inspector may request all the data needed to carry out an inspection. TSP makes arrangements with the recipients of your personal data to ensure that it is treated confidentially and remains protected.

SHELF LIFE

We never keep your personal data longer than necessary, unless we are legally obliged to do so for a longer period.

ONLINE" subscribers

For "EN LIGNES" subscribers, your data will be deleted ± 2 months after the expiry of your subscription if you have not renewed it for the following year. If you do not pay, you will receive the February issue of the following year with a reminder.

TSP volunteers

For association volunteers, the data of non-active volunteers is not deleted, but grouped together and marked at the bottom of the list. This is so that they can be quickly retrieved as soon as the volunteer becomes active again.

If you no longer wish to receive these information e-mails, your e-mail address (and all associated data) will be removed from the mailing list.

COOKIES

TSP websites only use cookies to remember the language used on the last visit.

YOUR RIGHTS

As an individual, you have a number of legal rights which we must respect: access, modification and deletion of your data.

Consultation rights

On simple request by e-mail or letter, with a copy of your identity card, we will provide you with the personal data we hold about you.

Right of rectification

By simple request by e-mail or letter, with a copy of your identity card, we will adjust your personal data in the corresponding list.

Right to be forgotten

On simple request by e-mail or letter, accompanied by a copy of your identity card, we will remove your personal data from the corresponding list.

Note: if you delete your personal data
- from the "EN LIGNES" subscriber list, you will no longer be able to receive our magazine.
- from the TSP mailing list, you will no longer receive association news.

Report these rights

If you wish to make use of the rights listed above, you can contact us via the e-mail address shop@pfttsp.be or by letter addressed to our head office.
TSP will comply with your wishes as soon as possible.
