GDPR – Personal Data Protection Act – TSP

INTRODUCTION

THE TSP (Railway Heritage and Tourism) uses lists containing information about people. The TSP adheres to the law. The TSP respects the privacy of the individuals from whom it receives information and treats it as strictly confidential. In this privacy statement, we explain what personal data it TSP trafficking and for what purposes.

PERSONAL DATA

THE TSP processes different types of personal data for various purposes. Here is an explanation of the personal details and purposes.

“Online” Subscribers

Regarding subscribers to "En Lignes", we have your first name, last name, address, place of residence, and magazine mailing address. TSP collects this data and transmits it to Graphius NV Commercial Printing, Eekhoutdriesstraat 67, 9041 Ghent for shipping within Belgium, and to volunteers responsible for shipping abroad.

Volunteers TSP

As for its volunteers, the TSP maintains an exhaustive list containing the following data, which you have provided on your registration document:

Name, First name, Address, Mailing address (if different from place of residence); Telephone, GSM, e-mail, Usual language; Date of birth, Place of birth; Nationality, Identity card number, National register number, Profession, Employer (if SNCB), Employee number (if SNCB), Blood type, Allergies, Driving license, Train Driver certificate, vehicle registration number, Emergency contact, Registration date, Subscription number, the sector(s) where the volunteer is active (Mod, FSR, CFB, EDI), Security; FSR badge;.

TSP News

You can register for the TSP -news, which can easily be done by sending an email to TSP to shop@pfttsp.be. The data that the TSP The information we hold about you is the information you entered into your email account. From this data, only your email address will be used to send you the association's monthly updates and also to contact you in case of a problem with the association (request, response, delivery problem, etc.).

Providing your personal data to third parties

We do not share your personal data with companies, organizations and individuals outside the TSP , except with the printing house of our magazine from where we send our bimonthly magazine to Belgian subscribers, and except in one of the following circumstances and to volunteers who would need this data to carry out their task:

For legal reasons

We share personal data if we believe that disclosure of the data is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal processes or requests from government authorities.

Legal obligation

If we are legally required to do so, we may be required to provide your personal data. For example, the police may ask us to do so as part of an investigation. Another example: a VAT inspector may request all the data necessary to carry out an audit. TSP makes arrangements with the recipients of your personal data to ensure that it is treated confidentially and remains protected.

RETENTION PERIOD

We never keep your personal data longer than necessary, unless we are legally required to do so for a longer period.

“ONLINE” subscribers

For subscribers to "EN LIGNES," your data will be deleted approximately 2 months after your subscription expires if you have not renewed it for the following year. If you do not pay, you will receive the February issue of the following year with a reminder.

Volunteers TSP

For volunteers with the association, the data of non-active volunteers is not deleted but grouped and marked at the bottom of the list. This is so that they can be quickly retrieved as soon as the volunteer becomes active again.

TSP -news

If you no longer wish to receive these informational emails, your email address (and all associated data) will be removed from the mailing list.

COOKIES

The websites of the TSP only use cookies to remember the language usage during the last visit.

YOUR RIGHTS

As an individual, you have a number of legal rights that we must comply with: access, modification, deletion of your data.

Right of consultation

Upon simple request by email or letter, with a copy of your identity card, we will provide you with the personal data that we hold about you.

Right of rectification

By simple request by email or letter, with a copy of your identity card, we will adjust your personal data in the corresponding list.

Right to be forgotten

Upon simple request by email or letter, accompanied by a copy of your identity card, we will delete your personal data from the corresponding list.

Note: If you delete your personal data
– from the “ONLINE” subscriber list, you can no longer receive our magazine.
– mailing list of TSP -news, you will no longer receive news from the association.

Report these rights

If you wish to exercise the rights listed above, you can contact us via the email address shop@pfttsp.be or by letter addressed to our head office.
THE TSP will satisfy your wishes as soon as possible.
